The estate offers marvellously flexible accommodation arrangements. The villa, the Barn and the Red House comprise independent living spaces, with 14 stylish bedrooms in total. In the main building, guests can come together in a beautiful dining room with floor to ceiling windows opening onto the gardens, or a vast living room with frescoed walls and a fireplace.
The attentive restoration has maintained the property's historic character while incorporating modern touches including air-conditioning and an elevator. Outside you can enjoy the manicured garden. Here there are gorgeous climbing roses, ancient olive and cypress trees, and a shaded pergola adjacent to a private swimming pool.
You might spend your days touring Tuscany but on your return you'll be glad to soothe your muscles in a steamy Turkish bath, or sip sparkling wine on the terrace as you admire a fiery sunset.

Kindly Note
The 12 people price option gives access to only the main villa; the the 16 people price option gives access to the main villa and barn; the 24 people price option gives access to the main villa and Red House; only the 28 people price option gives access to all three buildings. 
In case the barn and/or Red House are not rented, they will not be occupied by other guests but remain closed. 
The owner lives in an independent apartment next to the Barn.
Extras are payable locally in cash euro only. Cheques and credit cards are not accepted. 
In case extras are requested, a deposit might be due on arrival in cash euro.

Your stay might be subject to a city tax which is raised by the municipality in which the accommodation is located. This tax is payable locally in cash euro only.
Security Deposit: €2,000 for Villa Venere and €1,000 for Red House and Euro 500 for Barn, to be paid together with the balance of the rental. To be released after client’s departure and owner’s approval. < Back
