"Villa Camilla is a luxurious villa situated in an exclusive location: the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, near Villasimius, one of the most visited spots in the island, with some of the most beautiful beaches of South Sardinia.

The property is located in the marine protected area of Capo Carbonara, between Campus beach and Campulongu beach, overlooking a beauitiful beach, with its fine white sand and crystal clear water. The area is an important archaeological and historical site.

The geographic position of the property allows exclusive access to the beach. The villa, designed by the architect Antonio Citterio, is surrounded by a vast garden with lawn.

Villa Camilla is set on two levels with an area of 450 sq.m., boasts 300 sq.m. of beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and is embellished by 200 sq.m. of patios covered by pergolas, that you can access through large glass-windows. On the ground floor the house is composed by large living areas: a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with large sea facing glass-windows to have more of a frame on the view. There are also two relaxation areas, a room with a garden view and the privacy of having your own bathroom. On the second floor you will have the sleeping area, consisting of four bedrooms all of them have a sea view, and only two bedrooms out of four have an elegant private bathroom and large showers.

The villa is tastefully furnished with quality materials, such as fine wood flooring and basalt, and its style reflects a balanced harmony between a minimalist approach and a wise use of materials. It is stylishly decorated creating light airy interiors. The white lime plaster and the stone-clad volumes are a proper fit for the property design to suit the natural landscape nearby.

The property sitting on a small bay, is surrounded by 40 hectares of land, with grapevine plantation, citrus and olive trees overlooking the sea, in a small bay enclosed by low rocky headland and covered by the Mediterranean scrub. In the area there are numerous marked trails that you may want to experience taking walks or going horseback riding. You can get a glimpse of amazing sea views and enjoy some wonderful landscapes from the top of the hill.
